CAST IRON FOOT VALVE KIRLOSKAR Foot Valves are built with excellent design features such as perfectly flat seating faces for good sealing and long life. Foot Valves are primarily used in the suction side of the pumps to avoid flow reversal from the pump to the sump in order to maintain the pump from priming. They also act as strainers by preventing foreign bodies to enter into the pump through the suction pipe. These valves are suitable for having clear water within the limits specified by IS: 4038.
